Bischer

Caring and nurturing, Lisa was first-rate not only at her job working in home health care, but also in the job she was so passionate about, being a mom. Lisa loved her children more than anything and would do anything to help them. Always their number-one fan, Lisa’s heart was full as she watched her children in theater productions or playing hockey, baseball and softball. Her heart was full as they grew into adults and gave her grandchildren to love and be proud of.  Lisa’s greatest joy came from Andy and the family they made together.

Lisa loved the Red Wings and going to games with her family. She enjoyed traveling and especially loved the ocean and beaches in the Carolinas and the mountains of Colorado. Outgoing and friendly, Lisa could talk to anyone about anything and had a wonderful sense of humor.  She took time to help others and could brighten the day with her warm smile and big hug. Despite issues she had with her own health, Lisa always maintained a positive attitude.

She was a genuine person with a heart of gold who touched the lives of many.

Lisa was loved and will be sadly missed by her husband of 27 years, Andy, of Onaway; her daughters, Kayla Bischer (Dylan) of Kalamazoo and Savannah Bischer of Onaway; a son, A.J.  (Ariana) of Onaway; and grandchildren, Zaidan, Henrik and Oliver. Lisa also leaves her biological mother, Sue Valentine; sister, Jenia Valentine; brothers, James, Dustin and Donyele Valentine; as well as her family, Rob (Sue) Allen and Nancy (Garry) Reynolds; and father-in-law, Ronald (Evelyn) B
