Elaine G. Grulke
Elaine G. Grulke, 92, of Rogers City passed December 18, 2017 at Rogers City Tendercare.
She was born July 27, 1925 in Belknap Township to Ernest and Loretta (Wirgau) Bruning.
On July 3, 1943 she married Ervin Grulke. Elaine is survived by seven children, Larry (Cinda), Galen (Patti), Connie (Don) Standen, David (Marsha), Allan (Mary), Diane (Jerry) Smolinski and Neil; 21 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Cole and Nancy Bennett; and a brother, Ernest Bruning. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin; four brothers, Arlo, Arnold, Walter and Ronald; and a sister, Judy Wrigglesworth.
Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home Friday from 4 until 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. conducted by her son, the Rev. Galen Grulke. Visitation will resume Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until time of her service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Galen Grulke officiating. Interment will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery next to Ervin.
