Orville “Butch” McDonald

Orville “Butch” McDonald, 73, of Onaway passed away April 13, 2017 at Hospice House in Cheboygan. He was born August 23, 1943 in Petoskey to Adrian and Rosetta (Nickerson) McDonald.

Butch is survived by two children, Karen (Darryl) Derryberry of Metamora and Jeffrey (Julie) McDonald of Waterford; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Laura Zinke, Emma Schleben and Norma Brigham; a brother, Archie McDonald; and special friend, Lorinda Purdom.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home Saturday, April 22, from 1 p.m. through time of his memorial service at 2 p.m. with Elder Karen McDonald officiating.
