Neil J. Lounsberry
Neil J. Lounsberry, 79, of Belknap Township passed away February 3, 2017 in Rogers City.He was born January 3, 1938 in Rogers City to Levi and Melva (Lobdell) Lounsberry.
Neil served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. On September 24, 1966 he married Audry Griffith in Burton. He retired from General Motors Corp. in 1999 and moved to Hawks.
Mr. Lounsberry is survived by a son, Tracy (Cathy) Moon of Flint; and two daughters, Melody Spurlock of Burton and Kelly (Daniel) Wineman of Raleigh, North Carolina; six grandchildren, Kimberly, Anngel, Bradley, Katie, Lisa and James; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Oller of Flint; a brother, James (Kay) Lounsberry of Flint.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Audry; and several siblings.
A memorial service will be Sunday, April 23, at 1 p.m. at his home, 7166 County Road 441, Hawks, MI 49743.
