Leora E. Robb, 88, of Rogers City passed away April 19, 2017 at Rogers City Tendercare. She was born September 1, 1928 in Moltke Township to Arthur and Irene (Tulgestke) Peltz.
Leora co-owned Dan Robb’s Bar and Robb’s Reef Restaurant. Later, Leora was employed as a cook for the Presque Isle County Jail.
She is survived by four daughters, Donna Maini, Cheryl (Michael) Smolinski, Cathy I. Idalski and Bonnie (Donald) Sweeso; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Arlene Thomas, Dorothy Ganske, Joyce Foster and Elsie Simpson; a sister-in-law, Loretta Peltz; and three stepsons, Neil (Linda), Stan and Ron.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Marlo Bredow, second husband, Daniel Robb and third husband, John “Jack” Robb; two brothers, Norval Peltz and Harvey Peltz; a sister, Marilyn Grafe; and a son-in-law, Anthony Maini.
Visitation was at St. Michael Lutheran Church in Belknap Monday, April 24, through time of her memorial service with the Revs. Keith Schneider and Jeff Ryan officiating.
Inurnment followed at St. Michael Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. John Radio Fund or St. Michael Lutheran Church. Arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home.
