Gary E. Gilbert, 63, of Onaway passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017.
He is suvived by his wife, Arla Gilbert of Onaway; daughter, Sarah (Paul) Zampich of Millersburg; son, Siloa
m (Carina) Gilbert of Onaway; stepdaughter, June LaFave of Onaway; stepson, Gary LaFave of Waveland, Mississippi; 13 Grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his mother, Eva Gilbert of Onaway; four brothers, Ray Gilbert of Alaska, Edward Gilbert of Onaway, John (Deanna) Gilbert of Onaway and Richard (Tammy) Gilbert of Orion Township; three sisters, Alice (Emery) Welch, Rachel Gilbert and Margreata Gilbert (Jim Gillman), all of Onaway; stepsisters, Karen (Mike) McDonald and April (Jeff) Bentley, all of Onaway and Diana (Patrick) Richardson of Wolverine; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
Memorial service will be Friday April 21, at 1 p.m. at the Forest Township Hall (Tower Hall), 9511 M-68 Highway, Onaway. Family will receive friends at the hall following the memorial service. Inurnment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tower.
