Paul Leroy Warwick

Paul Leroy Warwick, 68, of Rogers City went to be with the Lord January 4, 2017. He was born October 27, 1948 in Rogers City to Leroy and Helen (Brown) Warwick.

Paul served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW). He was an avid hunter and fisherman; he enjoyed painting wildlife and making wildlife jewelry. Paul had a great love for music. He taught himself to play guitar, wrote several songs and was asked many times to sing over the years. He was active in his service to the Lord by leading worship and teaching Sunday School. Paul was the Engineer for the city of Rogers City. He retired early so he could spend time with his grandchildren whom he cherished.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Helen Warwick; a brother, David Warwick; and six grandchildren.

Surviving is his wife, Sally of Rogers City; and three children, Jayme (Jennifer) Warwick of Rogers City,
Joe (Amy) Brewbaker of Millersburg and Kellie (Mike) McCord of Rogers City; five grandchildren, Brookelyn, Brianne, Annie, Alice and Michael; a brother, Jonathon (Barb) Warwick of Puyallup, Washington; as well as many nieces and nephews whom he loved greatly.

Friends’ visitation was at the Beck Funeral Home Saturday, January 7, through time of his funeral with the Revs. Dale DuVerney and David Rogers officiating. Rogers City VFW Post 607 offered a military tribute immediately following.

Interment will take place on Tuesday at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
