Ruth Elizabeth Milbocker
Ruth Elizabeth Milbocker, 89, of Millersburg, died Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Golden Beach Manor. The daughter of Leon and Florence (Burnham) Trafelet, Ruth was born at home in Millersburg July 11, 1927.
Ruth is survived by her son, Dan Milbocker of Millersburg; two daughters, Penny LaFave (Randy Fulton) of Onaway and Elizabeth (Marvin) McNeil of Lakeland, Florida; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; as well as her sister, Ethel (James) Beckwith of Florida. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Ray Milbocker (2014); brother, Myron Trafelet; and grandson, Danny.
Cremation arrangements were in care of the Chagnon Funeral Home. A memorial service was held at the Millersburg Methodist Church Tuesday, August 23, with the Rev. Carmen Cook officiating. Ruth’s final resting place is at Riverside Cemetery in Millersburg.
