MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE ROGERS CITY CITY COUNCIL
HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON JUNE 21, 2016
Mayor Sobeck presided and called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.
PRESENT – Adair, Bielas, McLennan, Nowak, and Sobeck.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Bielas/Nowak, that the minutes of the Workshop and Regular Council Meeting of June 7, 2016 be approved as written.
ROLL CALL: Ayes – All, the motion carried.
CITY CLERK’S REPORT:
CHECK AND INVOICE APPROVAL:
McLennan/Nowak, that the following total fund expenditures be recognized as payments made and payments to be made, in the amount of $269,518.18 and the Mayor is authorized to sign the check register.
ROLL CALL: Ayes – All, the
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-69
Nowak/McLennan, to change the July 5, regular Council meeting and public hearing to assess whether a viable alternative to provide boat storage exists to Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 7pm with a MERS workshop beginning at 5:30 p.m. and move the regular Council meetings on August 2nd and 16th to the 9th and 23rd respectfully.
ROLL CALL: Ayes – All, the motion carried.

Mayor Sobeck declared the meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
