Caroline “Connie” Jackson

Caroline “Connie” Jackson, 92, succumbed to a sudden illness which claimed her earthly life Saturday, May 14, 2016.

Connie was born August 23, 1923, to Clarence and Gladys Stewart in Rogers City, and was one of the four children; Arthur, James, and Zelna Claxton all who preceded her in passing.

She married Edmund “Bud” Jackson January 8, 1949. They were blessed with two children who survive, Kathy Yachcik of Fremont and Dr. Wayne (Butch) Jackson of Whitehall. The support she and Bud gave to her children contributed to their successful careers as a nurse and optometrist respectively.
