A Regular Monthly Meeting of The Board Of Education of the Posen Consolidated School District No. 9 was held on February 15, 2016 in the High School Library. The Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Board President Kenneth Wozniak.
Members Present: Dennis Budnick, Danielle Kowalski, Anna Soik, Jesse Chappa, Brian Konieczny, Kenneth Wozniak, and Andrew Stone.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Michelle Wesner, Superintendent.
Visitors: None.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Moved and supported to accept the minutes of the Regular Board of Education Meeting of January 18, 2016.
Ayes: All. Motion carried.
Moved and supported to approve the 2015/2016 bills for payment.

NHS Induction
NHS held their inductions on Wednesday, February 10th in the High School Library
Count Day
Due to inclement weather on Wednesday, February 10th Posen Schools will conduct their official count day on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.

Cell Phone Policy
Move and supported to approve the cell phone policy as presented.

Administrator’s Report
Senior Trip
The Board of Education was presented with the itinerary for the C-2016 Senior Trip to Florida that will take place from Tuesday, April 5 to Tuesday, April 12.
District Basketball
Boys’ District Basketball will take place on Monday, March 7 with Posen playing Hillman at 6 p.m. in Wolverine.
New Business
Resignation of Bus Driver
Moved and supported to accept the resignation of Megan Donajkowski as Bus Driver for Posen Schools.

Hiring of Bus Driver
Moved and supported hire Mrs. Pamela Kuffel as Bus Driver for Posen Schools.

Michigan Schools Energy Cooperative
Superintendent Michelle Wesner was directed to lock into a price for Natural Gas effective April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017.
