Judy Lyn Veihl
Judy Lyn Veihl, 60, of Cheboygan, died Wednesday, February 3, 2016 after fighting a short battle with cancer. The daughter of Lester and Odie Mae (Carson) McCoy, Judy was born in Fort Worth, Texas February 4, 1955.
Surviving Judy is her husband of 40 years, Russ Veihl; son, Eric Veihl of Garland, Texas; daughter, Breanne Veihl of Cheboygan; parents, Lester and Odie Mae McCoy of Beeville, Texas; and brother, James McCoy of Hondo, Texas. She also leaves her mother-in-law, Christine Veihl of Onaway; sisters-in-law, Tammy Veihl and JoAnn Greenwood, both of Onaway; and special niece and caregiver, Misty Veihl of Kinross. Preceding Judy in death were her son, Aaron C. Veihl; and father-in-law, Rodney Veihl.
Cremation arrangements were in care of the Chagnon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Tower in late spring or early summer. Condolences may be shared with Judy’s family at www.chagnonfh.com.
