Raymond LeRoy Bailey Jr.
Raymond LeRoy Bailey Jr., 73, of Onaway, died at home Saturday evening, September 12, 2015. The son of Raymond L. Sr. and Blanche (Winsor) Bailey, Ray was born June 20, 1942 in Onaway.
Surviving Ray is his daughter, Jeannette (Carl) Bailey-Grusnick of Albuquerque, New Mexico; son, Bob (Kay) Bailey of Leonard; grandchildren, Ashley (Scott) Wilkinson of Oxford, Tyler Bailey of Grand Rapids and Air Force Capt. Sabina Grusnick of San Pedro, California; and a great-granddaughter, Gracie Wilkinson. Ray also leaves his brother, Carl Bailey of Onaway; sister, Phyllis Armstrong, of Tower; and close friend and companion, Isle Price of Rudyard.
The funeral service for Ray was at the Chagnon Funeral Home Wednesday, September 16, with the Elder Thelma Curtis officiating. Visitation was held at the Chagnon Funeral Home Tuesday. Ray’s final resting place was at North Allis Township Cemetery where there was military honors following the funeral service.
