Miss Michigan pageant features former Miss Onaway

Onaway’s Emilee Madison will compete in the third night of the 2015 Miss Michigan Pageant in Muskegon tonight. In the first of three nights of competition Thursday, Madison, of of 34 contestants, answered a question on stage and performed her talent, a vocal presentation. An enthusiastic group of family and friends were in attendance both nights to cheer Emilee on.

Last night (Friday) she appeared in the evening gown and swimsuit competition. At the beginning of Saturday’s final night, 10 finalists will be selected for the final round of the pageant.

Emilee is the reigning Miss Sunrise Side and a former Miss Onaway.

The Frauenthal Center in downtown Muskegon hosts the event.
