Fire in northern Presque Isle County

Small crews from the Ocqueoc Bearinger and Onaway fire departments along with fire fighting personnel from the Department of Natural Resources responded to a fire in the woods on the north side of Black Mountain, along Brown Road.

Details of the acreage involved were not available. No flames or smoke were visible from Townhall Highway.
