Alfred A. Jarvis

Alfred A. Jarvis, 102, of Ocqueoc Township, died at Tendercare Health Center in Rogers City Saturday March 28, 2015. The son of Fredrick and Violet (DeRosia) Jarvis, Alfred was born in Ocqueoc April 21, 1912.

Surviving Alfred is his daughter, Violet (Jerry) Trommeter of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; two sons, Alfred C. Jarvis of Oregon and Lindsay (Peggy) Jarvis of Cheboygan; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held at the Chagnon Funeral Home Sunday March 29.  Alfred’s final resting place will be at Ocqueoc Township Cemetery.
