Harold J. Marcott
Harold J. Marcott, 89, of Black Lake, formerly of Ecorse, died Sunday, June 22, 2014 at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey. The son of Theodore and Ella (Joyce) Marcott, Harold was born in Detroit September 25, 1924.
Surviving are Harold’s wife of 66 years, Betty Marcott of Black Lake; a daughter, Sharon (Bob) Spino of Ecorse; and two sons, David (Jill) of Woodhaven and Tom (Sue) of Black Lake. He also leaves five grandchildren, Rob Spino of Asheville, North Carolina, Brian Spino of Lincoln Park, David Marcott of Flat Rock, Jason Marcott of Brownstown, and Melissa Marcott of Frederick; as well as nine great-grandchildren.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents and by a half-brother, Art Marcott.
