Mildred Louise Hinton, 85, of Rogers City, passed away at home May 21, 2014.

She was born August 15, 1928 in Paradise, California to William and Violet (Wilde) Dutter.

Mrs. Hinton is survived by five daughters, Esther (Gordon) Owens of Virginia, Ann (Don) Dewey of Rogers City, Billye (Verlyn) Hays of Pennsylvania, Fran Hill of Washington and Mary (Kevin) Lamb of Rogers City; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ray Dutter and Roy (Dorothy) Dutter.

Private services will take place in California at a later date.

Arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to American Heart Association, American Cancer Association or Hospice of Michigan.
