Thomas L. Richards

Thomas L. Richards, 57, of Owendale and Rogers City, passed away after a three-year battle with cancer, Saturday, January 4, 2014 at St. Marys of Michigan, Saginaw. He was born June 30, 1956 in Rogers City, son of the late Ernest and Violet (Metko) Richards. On Dec. 24, 1976 he married Michelle Schultz in Rogers City.

Tom is survived by his wife, Michelle; sons, Timothy (Monica) Richards of Lake Ann and Ryan (Colleen) Richards of Bay City; and two grandchildren, Emily and Samuel Richards of Lake Ann.  He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Preba.

Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 11 at 1 p.m. at the Allis Township Hall, 20018 638 Hwy., Onaway, MI.
