ONAWAY SENIOR Matt Tollini was named honorable mention all state quarterback by the Detroit Free Press for his efforts on the football field this year. Like his classmate Mariah Ehrke, Tollini was invited to travel to Australia for the football program but has decided not to pursue that opportunity. Tollini was 66-141 passing this year for 1,005 yards. He threw 11 touchdown passes and nine interceptions. He also rushed the ball 62 times for 575 yards and one touchdown. From his linebacker position on defense he led the team with 137 tackles.
