John W. Cruse
John W. Cruse of Petoskey, died Friday, August 2, 2013 at Hiland Cottage at the age of 57.
John was born September 9, 1955 in Highland Park to Leonard and Celesta “Penny” Cruse.
John is survived by his wife, Misty; his children, Olivia Cruse, John (Daryl) Cruse II; and by his stepson, Damien May. He is also survived by his mother, Penny; four sisters, Bonnie Maki, Ruth (Mark) Brody, Shelia (Ben) Wolgast and Carol (Steve) Rich; and brothers, Wayne Cruse and David (Ellen) Hosking. His extended family includes his in-laws, Mike (Judy) Shelton, Mike (Tammy) Shelton and Stacey (Jak Reilley) Shelton. A memorial service celebrating John’s life was held Wednesday, August 7, at 2 p.m. at Stone Funeral Home.
