Daniel Phillip Louria, 76, of Black Lake, passed away at home April 25, 2013 after a lengthy illness.
Daniel was the beloved husband of
Charlotte (Genaw) Louria; loving father of Elizabeth (Mark) Johns of Lincoln Park, Barbara (Gary) Robillard of Traverse City, Janet (David) Barr of Midland and Yvonne Swiderek of Cheboygan; dear grandfather of Kristy (Joseph) Smith of Lincoln Park, Matthew Johns of Onaway, Lt. Joshua (Leslie) Barr of Hawaii and Nicole Pickle of Midland; step-grandfather of Matthew Swiderek of Traverse City; as well as proud “Great Pa” of Jacob, Andrew, Daniel, Zachary and Ryan. Also surviving is Daniel’s sister, Dora Jessen of Woodhaven; a brother, Ralph (Christine) Louria of Cheboygan; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Rev. Peter Eke will officiate. Dan’s final resting place will be in Onaway at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery. His family has suggested donations to honor the memory of Daniel P.
