Gailen Edward Curtis, 90, of Grand Lake, passed away March 26, 2013 at Bickford Assisted Living in Saginaw.

Gailen was born August 11, 1922 in Bellevue to Ernest and Beulah (Love) Curtis.

Mr. Curtis is survived by six children, Murray (Donna) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Tom (Nancy) of Fenton, Kathy Luplow of Saginaw, Jean (Jack) Spencer of Arlington, Texas, Kevin (Paula) of Alpena and Larry of Darien, Illinois; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gertrude Trombley of Onaway.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home today (Friday) from 3 until 7 p.m. where the Onaway Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5857 will offer a military tribute at 6 p.m. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m. through time of funeral at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Scott Hill officiating.

Interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Allis Township.
