The major girls are the only squad to see action so far, but lost their opener and were trying to stave off elimination Wednesday (see other story). The senior boys (14-16) are the other group that will be hosting games in Rogers City, although the schedule at the Senior League Field at Little League Park has yet to be determined.

It has been several years since Rogers City has hosted a playoff tournament. The three other all-star teams all begin their schedules starting with the minor girls, who play tomorrow (Friday) at Cheboygan. The first pitch against North Emmet is at 7 p.m. The rest of the games are on Monday. The major boys (11-2) will take on North Emmet in Petoskey at 5 p.m., while the minor boys (9-10) have been matched up against Harbor Springs in Cheboygan at 5 p.m.
