Festival seeks volunteers to help out

Festival chairman Dennis Downie said the committee is looking for volunteers to help in a number of jobs. Downie said the 12-member committee is asking the community to help with ticket sales at the tent, bartending, answering the telephone at the festival office, and a variety of other jobs best filled by volunteers. The committee is planning a great festival from August 4-9, but needs help from the community to help things run smoothly.
