Bears improve to 3-0

The Rogers City fifth and sixth grade Bears improved to 3-0 with a 20-0 win over Oscoda. Austin Brege led the Bears offense with 155 yards and two touchdowns, with key blocks by Tyler Langoria. Lance Schaedig also had a touchdown.

Rogers City had a lot of help on defense to preserve the shutout. Jory Beecher led the Bears with five tackles and a sack. Jordan Karsten had four tackles and a sack. Colton Roeske added three tackles and knocked down a for-sure touchdown pass. The Bears play at home Saturday.
